What is the MOQ and can I order a trial quantity?
In-stock items start from 1 pc per SKU. There is no strict bulk requirement for a trial order, and mixed-SKU orders are accepted.
How do I confirm fitment by OE number or machine model?
Send the OE number from the old part, or the machine model and serial range. We check it against our reference list and reply with the matching KINGARC reference in writing before you order.
Can I bundle filters, brake pads, undercarriage parts, bucket teeth and seals in one inquiry?
Yes. That is the normal mixed-container order: one inquiry, one quotation line by line, one pallet layout and one set of export documents.
What fasteners and hardware grades are available?
Grade 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 high-strength bolts, nuts and washers, plus pins, clamps, chains and wire rope. Salt-spray hours are stated per finish at ≥240h, ≥720h or ≥1500h.
What test reports and documents can KINGARC provide?
Batch inspection records and test reports for hardness, sealing, tensile and salt-spray performance where the reference calls for them, plus packing list, invoice and certificate of origin where the destination requires the form. Ask for a blank sample sheet before you order.
