Fasteners & Workshop Tools — Bolts, Screws, Socket Sets and Hardware

High-strength bolts, nuts and washers, 304 stainless self-drilling and deck screws, machine screws, plus workshop tools: socket sets, ratchets, extension bars and bit sets. Property class, thread standard, finish and drive size are stated per reference, and the tools are the ones a service bay actually keeps.

Fasteners & Hardware
  • Bolts and nuts in class 8.8 / 10.9 / 12.9, class mark rolled on the head.
  • 304 (A2) stainless screws for wet, coastal and wash-down duty — no plating to chip.
  • CR-V sockets and 72-tooth ratchets, stated by drive size and swing arc.
  • Private label, custom packing and made-to-drawing parts on every line.
Cross-referenceOEM and aftermarket reference numbers are listed for compatibility identification only. They are not KINGARC OE numbers; fitment is confirmed in writing before quotation.

Bolts, Nuts & Washers

Hex and flange bolts, nuts and flat or spring washers for structural joints on excavators, loaders, heavy trucks and generator sets. Property class, thread standard and surface finish are stated per reference.

  • Class mark rolled on the head, not printed on the box — you can read the grade with the bolt in your hand.
  • Nuts and washers matched to the bolt class instead of picked by eye, so the joint fails at the bolt and not at the nut.
  • Salt-spray hours quoted per finish: ≥240h zinc, ≥720h Dacromet, ≥1500h hot-dip galvanised.
  • Mixed boxes by size for container fill — the usual distributor first order.

Self-Drilling, Deck & Machine Screws

304 (A2) stainless self-drilling screws with countersunk head, ribbed deck screws with star drive and Type-17 knife point, hex-socket cup-head self-tapping screws M1.7–M6, and black epoxy-coated exterior screws. Chosen for the three jobs that actually cause callbacks: starting, seating and staying put.

  • 304 (A2) stainless: no plating to chip, so wash-down bays, coastal yards and exterior timber do not turn into rust streaks.
  • Type-17 knife point and coarse thread: bites into composite decking and hardwood without a pilot hole, and pulls the board down clean.
  • Ribbed countersunk head cuts its own seat, so the head finishes flush instead of standing proud on the deck.
  • Star (Torx-type) recess on deck screws resists cam-out under a driver at full torque — the reason deck crews ask for it by name.
  • Cup-head hex-socket screws give a flush, low-profile fixing on guards, panels and machine cladding.

Workshop Tools & Socket Sets

Socket sets, bit sets, ratchets, extension bars and adapters for workshop and field service. Cased kits with every position marked, so a missing socket is visible before the job starts — and single items for the sizes that always go missing.

  • Chrome-vanadium (CR-V) sockets, stamped on the set — the alloy that resists splitting at the thin wall when a bolt is seized.
  • 72-tooth ratchets give a 5° swing, so a bolt buried in an engine bay still moves.
  • Blow-mould case with a marked position for every size: inventory is visible at a glance, not counted by hand.
  • Extension bars and 1/2″ – 3/8″ – 1/4″ adapters, so one ratchet reaches a whole machine instead of three kits.
  • 66-piece bit set in S2 steel with a magnetic holder — bits are consumables, so they are quoted as replaceable items.

Pins, Clamps, Chains & Wire Rope

Bucket pins, linkage pins, locking plates and clamps matched to the machine reference; lifting and securing chains, wire rope and fittings supplied with grade, construction and breaking load stated per reference — the numbers a lifting plan actually needs.

  • Pins quoted by diameter, length, hardness and finish against the drawing.
  • Chains and wire rope carry grade and breaking load on the quotation, not a generic ‘high strength’ line.
  • Cut to length with ends finished, so the workshop does not have to re-terminate.
  • Seals and bushes quoted with the pin where the reference calls for it.
Specifications

Sizes, ratings, hardness and fitment basis

Thread and reach, filtration rating, friction grade, surface hardness, material and temperature range — each stated with the basis it is measured against. Send one line of it back with the machine model or chassis number and we confirm fitment in writing.

Customization

Private label, custom packing, made to drawing

Screws, bolts and cased tool sets can all carry your brand, your packing and your reference codes.

Before you order

What we need from you, and what we send back

One message is enough to start. Fitment, supply status, MOQ and lead time are confirmed in writing before the order is placed, so a wrong line never reaches your carton.

FitmentDimensions, hardness and ratings are reference points, not a fitment promise. Send the old part number, machine model and serial range, and the drawing or sample if custom. We confirm the matching reference, supply status, MOQ and lead time in writing before the order is placed.
Questions

Asked before the first order

What strength grades do your fasteners cover?
Grade 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 for structural bolted joints, with material and surface finish stated per reference. Nuts and washers are matched to the bolt property class.
Why 304 stainless instead of zinc-plated screws?
Because there is no plating to chip. In coastal yards, wash-down bays and exterior timber, a zinc coating fails at the first scratch and rusts from that point; 304 (A2) stainless does not. It costs more per box and less per rework.
What salt-spray performance can you show?
≥240h, ≥720h and ≥1500h depending on finish, with the batch salt-spray report available on request. We do not sell these as ‘corrosion resistant’ without the number.
Are the tools supplied as sets or as single items?
Both. Socket sets and bit sets travel as cased kits with every position marked; single sockets, extension bars and adapters are quoted by drive size and length.
Can tools and fasteners carry our brand?
Yes — printed case, label, sleeve and carton, plus your reference codes indexed next to ours. Artwork is held on file for repeat runs.
Is there a minimum order?
Trial quantity starts from 1 pc per SKU; above that they are priced per box and per pallet, usually filling residual container space alongside parts.
